This guy does some amazing photography, and gets to make films on Jay-Z, The Foo Fighters, Willie Nelson, and other artists, and music vids for John Legend, Spoon, O.A.R., Ben Harper, etc. I kinda really wanna work for him.

a delicious low-cal middle of the day snack for...
small round tortillas (or wraps)
<1 oz neufchatel cheese (tastes exactly like cream cheese, 1/3 the fat)
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
fresh produce (liiiiiiiiiiike, mushrooms! and green peppers!)
spread a thiiin layer of neufchatel over the tortilla and sprinkle the shredded cheese over that. microwave until the cheese is melted. chop up the veggies and roll it all up together! mmm! :)
